Next returns - warning re timing for refunds

Just to flag, that it's 8 days only for returns - I did an online order and just presumed it would be longer than that. Bit annoyed but I should have checked.

I always took things back later than that (sometimes months! ) and had no issues getting the refunds to my next account

I've got them to ring and get permission to return a dress for DD late.

Their fault for putting the one I preferred on back order. Wedding had to have backup.

It is ridiculously short
