The cat litter face mask
Apparently pure clay cat litter ie bentonite clay is very good for drawing out impurities in the skin.
Just mix with a little water and a drop or two of essential oil and that's it.
Anyone heard of this?

Never heard of the cat litter mask but bentonite is in loads of the clay masks you can buy off the shelf. Wouldn't the cat litter be all gritty like a scrub though. A step too far I think!

I have heard of this before. Very good for the thighs apparently, wrap cling film round them.

Disclaimer: not tried this and no plans to break out the Catsan anytime soon.
