When I imagine S&B MNers working, I think of you all sitting in shiny immaculate offices with hoards of minions, tapping out important documents and looking like something out of Harpers and Queen Business supplement. I'm right, aren't I?

If you fit this description, or even if you don't, could you help me find a camisole to wear under a smart jacket (the kind I imagine you wearing)? I'd like something pretty, maybe a bit of lace/trim, but lots I've seen don't have any shape and look too bedroom-y, which makes me suspect I'd just look as if I'd forgotten to put anything on top of my bra.

Any recommendations? Thank you. Smile

Gap and Warehouse both used to do silk ones but Gap has gone all polyester-ish and hideous and Warehouse just seems to sell fake leather nowadays. But hopefully this is bumping for you, so somebody who knows the answer can help

Thanks for bumping! Yes, I'd looked in Gap and wasn't keen.

Jigsaw make great ones with lace at the top and bottom. I have loads in different colours and wear them almost every day as I have giant boobs and can't wear shirts/blouses/wrap dresses without something underneath. They also last for years-I've had some of mine for about 5 years and they wash v well and haven't gone tatty yet. They come in dozens of colours. Love them!

Thanks! I think I'd seen them but figured they were a bit pricey, but if they last well I'd be more inclined to give them a go.

I've got a few Jigsaw ones and they have lasted well beyond any cheapy ones I've had. Yesterday I wore a grey one that I've had about 5/6 years. Good as new would be stretching it but it's not at all tatty.

Thank you, it sounds as if they're a good bet then. Smile

Why yes, that's a perfect description of my daily life. How did you know?

Ps. Jigsaw, but you already know that now
