Hair disaster - tips for encouraging growth!

Brewers yeast
kelp tablets (solgar are the best)
MSM (again, solgar off amazon).

Works for me, I didn't want a bob either. Don't worry, we've all been there.

Head massage is thought to stimulate hair growth iirc. Hang in there - it will grow. Feel for you though, it's pants when you get a disappointing haircut.
