Would you wear a necklace with this dress?

I think it needs something to break up the black on top but struggling to know what would work.

I am wearing black shoes and carrying a pink clutch bag.

Personally I wouldnt wear a necklace with it because the nexk is quite high but if I did then it would be a long gold one.

While its not for me, (argh) that's one seriously pretty dress, at that price does it look as good as the pic? I'd suggest something silver,collar length, with maybe pink or purple ish largish stones.

liasaro Thanks, I paid a bit more for it but it is a nice dress. I'm short so it is knee length on me and it ties at the back so it has some shape. I like the simplicity of it.

I took the dress into a shop with me and the girl suggested a long, chunky pink & gold necklace with it. It was on sale so I went for it but somehow it just feels wrong with the dress.

I actually meant something similar to this - the stones are about 1.5cm. It sits just under the collarbone. Maybe I'm biased cos I love it, though - chose it for my birthday and it's just so different to anything I've liked before.

The one I bought is paler pink stones with some random big chunky ones and is on a gold chain. It is much longer too. Not as classy as yours.
