Shoulder/décolletage/upper arm moisturiser....help!

Hi all
I have a special event coming up and I'm wearing a strapless dress. I love the way the dress itself looks on, and I have a shrug for outside.

However, without the shrug I feel like the skin of my shoulders/upper arms etc looks sort of...dull.

Is there anything such as a moisturiser or some sort of body butter (anything, really) which will brighten the area up? Any price really, I'm desperate!

Exfoliation is the key TBH, then a good rich moisturiser every evening for a bit. Maybe you could use some bronzer on the day?

start daily body brushing before shower, then body lotion after. I also agree with mrslettuce re bronzer - or even get a spray tan if you aren't confident doing it yourself.

Thanks. Does body brushing make a difference then? I remember starting it a few years ago but didn't keep it up.

Nivea soft is nice and rich SideshowBoob. Udder cream is great stuff but most people are put off by the name.

For quick results scrubbing in the shower with used coffee grounds is amazing if messy.

I used to use a clinique one that came in a big tub.

It made my skin lovely and soft, not sure if they still do it though.

Just had a quick google, think it was the body butter.

I'd use their sparkle skin exfoliator beforehand and people used to comment on my skin Blush

Glycolic acid peel? I use mine on decollwtage and its made huge difference

I'm a fan of exfoliator product with exfoliating gloves and then bio-oil. Smooth as a bambinos bottom.
