Eye make-up remover

Anyone have any recommendations for a decent eye make-up remover that doesn't cost the earth? I wear eye liner and mascara every day - though not a huge amount. I use eye make-up remover at night and it seems to take it off, but then wake up the next morning looking like a panda! Any suggestions for what to try??

Boots Essentials eye make-up remover lotion. Cheap and effective, non-greasy. But I don't use waterproof mascara - dunno if it would work for that.

I was recommend the Body Shop camomile eye make up by Mumsnet and I have to say, it's really good. Very cooling and soothing, I sometimes put it on as a soothing eye pad when my eyes are hot and itchy.

Baby oil, rubbed on with a finger and wiped off with tissue.
