I ordered several Zoe tunics in the sale.After hand washing in cold water they have shrunk.I then complained to Wrap on friday.No apparent response.I have then phoned them up again today and left a message.I received a phone call a few minutes later to say i can return them and their quality control team will have a look and decide what to do.They are not going to give me an immediate refund as apparently no one else has complained[really!].I have spent nearly 400 pounds on Wrap clothes this summer as i really love the style and that slight bohemian look. Only for all the linen t shirts to change size and shape after washing and become shapeless rags.Has anyone else had this problem?
