No 7 colour match machine thingy

I had a colour match at the weekend. I think it is too dark for me. Can you return foundation?

Boots generally sort out any customer issues, so I'd say yes definately.

Thanks. It blends in some areas beautifully but not along my jaw line. Need a lighter colour.

My colour match was ridiculously dark and different on both cheeks, even the DC were laughing and they are not school age yet.

Maybe not properly calibrated the machine?
