How/with what would I wear this? Help please.

I really like this FatFace
but I am not sure with what I could wear it. For example, work is very cold in the winter and so I could wear something like this at work, but could I wear this over a top and cardigan with black trousers and boots? Also, casually, could I wear it over a zip up sweat top?

Please help me.

To add it would be the mulberry colour I would buy.

I would say it is casual rather than work item. Would look fine over a hoody or with a thick-ish breton as per the link.

My work isn't smart. It is an office, so black trousers and I do wear a shirt (although some don't) and the office is soooo cold in the winter (it is in the middle of a warehouse) and so I can be a bit casual if needed to be warm.
