Good eye cream?

I was told at Bobbi Brown that the one I'm currently using mustn't be moisturising enough because I'm dehydrated there which is why under-eye concealers aren't working for me.
Since I'd already spent a small fortune in there I decided to hold off on buying this and ask for help here do a bit of research first.
Can anyone recommend one? I'm using soap & glory ATM - have jut checked and it says to tighten and brighten so perhaps the woman is right. Annoyingly.
Still, would like to have a few options if anyone has a favourite?

bobbi brown said that to me too, she popped a bit on me and it felt lovely i will purchase when i use up the ones i have. I've always been happy with the bobbi brown products and they have always done my makeup nice but i found the last time i visited them they were very pushy, kept going on about an eye shadow pallet i looked at being limited edition, i think she told me about 5 times.

The Soap and Glory one is absolute rubbish, IMHO, so I think the BB girl may well have been right.

I use argan oil round my eyes and all over my face/neck/chest every night. My 11's are so much better than they ever have been.

In the day I'm using rosehip oil, at night I up it to argan oil.

I sometimes dob on some pure shea butter to soak in whilst I sleep too

I tried the new clinique one this weekend, even better eyes, and it was great at covering dark circles...
