I'm off to boots later so thought I'd ask one more question

In the evening I clense and tone my face, in the morning I have a shower, but dont do anything to my face.

Should i be using a face scrub? If so what do you suggest? Also should i usr a moistureiser? Again which one?

It's hard to say.

How is your skin? if it looks okay - normal texture, no lines, no spots etc then keep up your less is more routine.

80% of the time my skin is fine, but I get really bad hormonal spots around af time.
But I don't have lines or wrincles and I'm only 25 so was wondering if I should start a more comprehensive routine?

There is a Q&A with Estee Lauder skincare specialist up thread. You could post on there and wait and see.

If yo go to any skincare counter in Boots you can bet they will sell you a full range of stuff. Which may be fine, if that is what you want. From experience - Ihave done it both ways - used full cleanse, tone, moisturise from a few ranges. At other times I just use Dove soap and leave alone. Can't say that i have noticed vast differences?

The hormonal outbreaks may still occur regardless of what skincare you use.

Buy a bottle of coconut oil from a food shop and slap some on aafter your shower, you can do it all over or mix it with almond or olive for your face if you need to.

For a face or body scrub, runny honey and sugar, or just stick some mashed banana on your face for a few mins the fruit acid will sort you out, no need to spend a fortune on chemical filled crap.

Plenty of people (me included) don't react well to fruit acids. Natural does not necessarily equal harmless. And everything is made of "chemicals" including you.

Sorry, I didn't get enough sleep and this gets on my tits.
