Is it worn under foundation?

So would it go Bb, eye illuminator, Concealer then foundation, powder, blusher?

Or is it instead of foundation?

I though BB cream was instead of foundation - it is more like a tinted moisturiser

Oh! I know nothing! So which is better bb or foundation?

I use it like a tinted moisturiser. If you used it in addition to foundation your makeup would be an inch thick! I have just tried the Garnier BB cream instead of my usual Chanel tinted moisturiser and although there is a difference there isn't £20 worth of difference. So for now I'll be sticking with it to save cash

I use it instead of foundation. It's a bit more forgiving when you slap it on a bit haphazardly IMHO. Only gives a sheer tint/ bit of evening out though, not like a full coverage base.

instead of foundation. The coverage really depends as there are so many totally different products calling itself BB creams, from barely any coverage to heavy coverage. Can be quite confusing.

I use the Garnier one, mixing a medium with a little light to get the right colour. I use it as a tinted moisturiser under bare mineral foundation. It just gives a bit more coverage to enlarged pores and does make the bare minerals foundation last longer. Its not as greasy as the moisturiser I was using - my make up used to just slip off!

Yeah, you can get full coverage BB creams, especially some of the Korean brand ones. They are supposed to be a multifunctional product, so a moisturiser/sunscreen/primer/foundation in one. Some are great and do all this, and some are just glorified tinted moisturisers.

Estée Lauder one fab!
