Please help me find a dress...

Hi, I'm going out next month for my birthday. I'm 23, 5'4, size 18. I cannot wear high necked tops/dresses. They look awful on me and it just so happens that EVERYTHING this season is high necked

I have searched and searched online and found very little - please help me!

What I need is:
Above the knee dress
Any colour except yellow
Not high necked
£60 or less (preferably less!)
Must look good with opaques (my legs are not good)
Must be available online as there are no decent shops around here

I have no shoes or accessories picked out yet so no restrictions there.
