Can you recommend a good make up range for a tween?

I want something that doesn't irritate skin, with plenty of colour/glitter options.

Soap & glory at boots, cleansers are good too. Also do lots of 3 for 2 offers.

For their own purchases (i.e. cheap!) my DDs like Natural Collections, 17 and Bourjouis. DD2 and 3 have sensitive skin and struggle with Rimmel and Barry M, but DD1 loves them.

If I am paying, my DDs will go for Mac or Clinique. DD1 likes Urban Decay (again, DD2 and DD3 struggle with that).
