Wedding dress again! Sorry...

Ok, again I'm asking for the same ds who's getting married in six weeks and still hasn't found a dress.
Thought she'd cracked it with a karen millen harrods exclusive but bloody thing has sold out and KM say there's nothing hiding in a back cupboard somewhere.

So, on behalf of her please please help.
She's slim size 8-10 about 5 6" with little in the norkage. She's also driving us all demented. Needs to be a non wedding dress that she can wear again (think Miranda in sex and the city) with a £1000 budget.

Please, please let me and my other sisters get some respite from the eternal dress search.

Apparently it was strapless nude full length but not "weddingy"

Should add that we've all got that fetching blue white Irish colouring and currently her hair is dark.

Have a look at Jenny Packham's non bridal range - I remember thinking they were fabulous and I think budget would be ok. Can't get the site to work on my computer at the mo so I'm going off memory.

Suzanne neville too but they are probably best for the bustier.

Marchesa look like a pretty good bet, lots of lovely full length jewel coloured stuff. You could also look at Issa.

So many luscious dresses!
So far she's liking the green Moulet Sweetheart but not enough to put me out of my misery. I actually think green is a lovely colour on her.

Her style... she's refusing to be pinned down but I'd describe her as liking "pretty with an edge" iykwim?
