A poncho - Yay or nay? Will I look like a toddler???

I really like this, but will I look stupid? I'm 5ft 2 and a size 10, I have curves but I'm happy with them.

Can I get away with it for winter? All thoughts appreciated.

I like it. Think it is nice with the side fastening as this stops it from being shapeless. Probably not great if you have big boobs though.

Am tempted to try it on!

I saw someone last week wearing one - she looked fab and have been considering trying one ever since.

Gorgeous. And I am astounded at the price - was expecting it to be acrylic since most high street knits are.

Seriously tempted by that myself but would prefer if either navy or charcoal.

Have been hankering for a poncho for a while too, and saw the Massimo one yesterday. I really like it and am very tempted. Just a bit cautious about the colour (for me). If you like the colour, absolutely get it. Only caveat: agree with Loveleopard, possibly not great if you're big-boobed.

I was thinking same as Ujjay - its a very good price. I have two ponchos that I wear a lot in autumn. They're not warm enough for real winter ime though I have been know to wear one over a fitted leather jacket. I too would purchase of it was in grey or navy.

I have a large chest but can get away with them as long as I wear very skinny trousers.

I love the idea of capes/ponchos, with skinny jeans and boots. I have about 5.

But in reality they are a pain as its really hard to carry any bag other than a handheld clutch - the straps just won't stay on your shoulder. so I never wear them, forget the problem and buy another one
