Ash Jalouse lookeylikeys - what do you think?

OK, a bit late to the party here I know, but I've fallen in love with the Ash Jalouse boots. I would just LOVE to splash out (wouldn't we all?!) but really can't justify £145 right now.

But but but .... have just found these by Steve Madden on the House of Fraser website for £75 and I have a HoF gift card burning a hole in my pocket.

They do the dippy-down bit at the front which I really like, but don't do them in the grey/taupe colour which I wanted, but can live without.

Sooo, MN style team, what do you think? And are Steve Madden shoes good (enough) quality to last a whole season, as I tend to run my shoes into the ground?!

I have the office ones and I am v pleased with them. Would have bought the ash Nina if they'd has them in my siz though!

My ash Mums boots arrived today. Gorgeous. Even down to the box and the little black bag for the boots to live in.

Notjust, what's the sizing of the Nina's like? I'm between sizes but would like to order.

I'd say they're pretty much true to size, perhaps even running slightly large. I'm a 6 and the 39 is fine for me, with probably enough room for thickish socks too. Perhaps size down??
