I was going to post this in fitness but doesn't seem to get as much traffic so thought I'd ask a few questions here

I was in the gym this afternoon & was approached by a personal trainer who works for the gym. Got chatting he's offered me a free PT session next week. I've already got a little programme I'm quite happy with for now that was sorted out at my induction & still feel this is pushing & challenging me. Just wanted to find out what anyone thinks a PT can add to that? He said something about other exercises/ new equipment which I am
interested in but think some of the session will prob be a bit of a sakes pitch to buy sessions. From the looks of the joining info these aren't cheap at all- cheapest one is £37/ hour!! Genuinley Not something I can afford right now but just want to get as much out of the session as possible. Any tips for what I should be asking? Thank you :)
