Eyebrow problem

Can you help/advise me pls?
I have plucked since the age of 15 (now 34), but after becoming more confident with the tweezers I plucked thinner and thinner over the years (which I thought looked good at the time). I have since spent the last few years trying to get my brows back to full and healthy.
The problem is now where I have plucked for so long the hair will not grow back properly, it's very patchy and quite frankly, looks shit!
Can anyone recommend anything I can use to help the growth? I have a tight budget though.
For now I am filling in the gaps with an eyebrow pencil which is starting to make me feel fake (iykwim).

Please help! Thanks

I have the same problem with my eyebrows but with the added complication of them being uneven!

Over the years I've tried Vaseline, castor oil and olive oil but nothing has made them remotely better. I now use a stencil and brow powder to fill them in and I'm happy with the way they are...

The only permanent thing would be to have the gaps tattooed. If you find someone good they should be able to feather the strokes to look like real hairs so it looks natural. I'd you find someone, check out their qualifications & ask to see examples of their work.

Hm never thought of tattoos, thanks.

i always see people on tele or mags with filled in eyebrows and i have tried it myself (with eye shadow as meant to be less harsh and 'drawn on' than pencil) . it doesnt look too bad looking in the mirror from a distance (and i guess people on tele/mags, this is fine as they are up close and need heavier makeup for the cameras), but it just doesnt look natural upclose and normal distance from people and looks really harsh and silly onme. how can your brows look better without looking like you have drawn them on. im fed up of barely there brows (damn teen years)

i think my biggest problem is i have spent so long with light, thin, barely there brows, im not use to seeing them so all look harsh. i need to get use to eye brows again Smile

Isn't there an eyebrow version of the eyelash serum that everyone raves about?

I also have sparse brows. I dye mine which really gives the illusion of thickness , I hardly

.....pluck them anymore and I fill in any gaps with Suqqu eyebrow pen which is stupendous
