No 7 foundation.

Got my colour matched the other day and it turns out that the EL Double Wear I've used for years is actually far too pale.

The number 7 one is Stay Perfect and although the colour is spot on I'm not keen on the texture or finish. It doesn't seem to give me the coverage I'm used to.

Has anyone tried the other formulations? I know there's a mattifying one but do they do a heavier one?

I switched from EL Double Wear to Number 7 Beautifully Matte. I don't have particularly oily skin, but it does give a long lasting cover. Am using New Ivory shade at the moment, but going to get colour matched at the weekend as have caught a bit of sun (goodness knows how!) and suspect I need to go a couple of shades darker.

I got matched to Cool Ivory! Thanks, will Defo get a sample of the matte one.

When you get matched do they give you samples to try first?

Yes she gave me enough in a little pot for a good 2 or 3 applications.
