I have old hands :-(

As my 40th approaches, I've noticed that I'm starting to get little brown spots on the backs of my hands. My mum always told me to moisturise but she never said anything about my hands

I always use handcream (neutrogena) but I'm also finding that after not very long, they look like they need moisturising again.

Are there any magic products out that that can 'reverse the signs of ageing' on my hands? Or am I being too vain? Blush

Watching with interest, I have the same problem. I slather on lotil handcream every night but I reckon my hands look a lot older than the rest of me (or maybe I'm kidding myself about the rest of me!!) Grin

You could do one of the Bravura glycolic peels on your hands. Mine were a total state but I've used the 50% peel and then slather on a load of l'Occitane
hand cream. My age spots have gone and my hands look much better. You must put spf on too.

Could try some photorejeuvination treatments along with some Restylane Vital

I have old hands too :(. However, the following regime has transformed them into something more actual age appropriate:

Exfoliating once a week
Liberal application of handcream throughout the day - I keep a tube by each sink in the house and one by my bedside. I found Neutrogena did nothing for my hands but Nivea Anti-Ageing or L'Occitane lavender handcream are both excellent.
Solar oil used daily on cuticles and nails to keep supple.
Daily sunscreen on hands.

I slather and then wear those white cotton gloves at night sometimes. I look like Minnie mouse but it seems to work.

the body shop do a hemp oil now, that seems fairly miraculous.
