Really good whitening toothpaste/products?

I was horrified by how yellow some of my teeth are getting when I saw some recent photos. The front ones aren't too bad, it's more the canines backwards. I already use a whitening toothpaste, but not particular brand, just whatever is on offer.

Has anyone noticed that any particular brand is really excellent and actually works? Or has anyone found a kit that really does a good job? I don't mind spending a little bit extra than normal, but can't quite stretch to getting it done at the dentist or veneers!

I don't smoke and don't drink red wine, but I do drink moderate amounts of tea and coffee. Does changing what you eat/drink really make any difference?

I have been looking for years to find a decent one that works quickly and doesn't make my teeth uber sensitive.

Currently I'm using "Glo White" which you can get from Boots. Its very effective and getting rid of the yellow and you get a toothbrush with it! Worth the £4 price tag!

Sounds good! I could do with a new toothbrush too actually, I may just give it a go. Ta!

i've been using arm & hammer whitening toothpaste, and that really has made a difference, pearl drops is rubbish.

Beverley Hills whitening toothpaste is amazing. Plus you can get a carbamide peroxide kit to do at home.
