Hair emergency, what shall I do?

I spent 3 hours and £100 having some highlights done on my dark brown hair. I am now looking blond. I told the hairdresser it was too light the moment she took the foils off and she said it was the bright light!! I think they left it too long and put too many highlights on, the result is not highlighted hair, but so blond that it looks silly with my dark eyebrows. As I was leaving the hairdresser said I could come back in a few days for them to tone it down or add low lights or something...I suppose I'll have to wait for an appt now, but I just want to cry!!!!

oh, and I am going to phone the salon in the morning... what am I entitled to ask for? Thanks!

Could they put a toner on it? This has happened to me before, but they immediately knew I wasn't happy and arranged for me to come in the next day so they could sort it. If you're a regular customer I'd think this would be the very least you could expect.

This has happened to me. Don't stay upset as it's easy to fix. Ring them now and say you're really upset as you never asked to go that blonde and it doesn't suit you. A hairdresser worth their salt will correct it completely free of charge.
