Wedding outfit and accessories help please.

I'm going to a wedding the last week in October and need help with what to wear.

hard part ; I have a small budget of around £100 to include dress, accessories and possibly shoes.

Here's the even harder part : I'm 5ft, 34yo, looking for a size 14/16 (currently dieting and know a 14/16 should fit by then) very chunky even at a 14/16. I have massive bingo wings and big calves/thighs and a very baggy belly so nothing tight fitting across the tum. I have big boobs about a 38dd but I'm hoping and praying the go down a bit. I'm very pale with past the shoulder dull flat brown hair.

If anyone is up for the nigh on impossible challenge with a good eye for fashion and style I would really really appreciate it as I'm totally useless.

Forgot to add I am willing to wear control knickers to help smooth out my lumps and bumps.
