What can I wear to two weddings at 31 and 32 weeks pregnant?

Yes I know the correct answer is "nothing - as you will be putting your feet up and sending DH on his own", but thats a whole other issue and I have compromised that I will try and make them as he isnt going to the pricey and annual leave using 4 day stag weekends.

The first wedding is register office, boat trip and then reception at lovely venue. The second is a wedding on a farm with a hog roast in the evening. Both late September. Will have DD (lively toddler) to look after at both weddings as I expect DH will want to have drink or seven.

Isabella Oliver is my normal standby, but they seem to have gone a bit clingy with their dresses and I dont think my bottom and thighs are up to one of their ruched numbers.

I am size 12, 5'4" and haven't put too much weight on. I normally wear skyscraper heels as I really cant wear flats and can still wear a reasonable heel height, but obviously will need to be comfortable too.

Any ideas?

Empire line maxi dress? I bought one for a pregnant wedding, it was very flattering

topshop are surprisingly generous with their maternity wear sizing, and that expensive for something you will only wear twice. this over trousers?

Possibly a bit chilly for late sept but I wish they had sold this for the two pregnant weddings that I went to last year!

NOT that expensive Blush

I've just bought a lovely dress for a christening I'm going to late sept, I'll be 34 weeks.

I got it from a eBay shop £9,99 - perfect. here

Although it is tight fitting - I am shorter than the model so it is knee length on me.

They have some nice ones like www.ebay.co.uk/itm/New-MATERNITY-DRESS-V-Neck-Pregnancy-Clothing-Wear-Size-8-10-12-14-16-18-4400-/251066652955?pt=UK_Women_s_Dresses&var=&hash=item3a74bd191b#ht_1130wt_962this that aren't as fitted, can be jazzed up with a brooch god I sound old or corsage?

Try La Redoute (understood from the "French thread" they deliver in the UK). I bought the first one for a wedding I went to while 30 weeks pg! Plus it is only 35? now.
