We'll be going in late November when the temp charts say its likely to be approx 25°C, so warm but not hot. There will be lots of walking so type of shoe is an issue and I'll need a handbag that is a cross body bag because I'll need my hands free.

The guide books and blogs suggest .... .... .... crocs and a bumbag.

This will simply not do! Any wise words to save me from awful footwear and a 'fanypack'?

you need the crocs especially for Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach. No one gets dressed up so shorts , sun tops, sun dresses etc I have been twice in August so maybe you will need something for cooler evenings ? bag wise I just used a small tote bag.

I been the last couple of years and as the fastest walker in the family I do the fast pass trek. So i would suggest for the parks
good trainers (broken in)
Good sports socks
A small backpack or an across the body bag Kipling bags are light and washable
Get some ponchos there because of humidity
Also wear sports tops that are wick away
Have a fab holiday
