to reduce the noise of chairs?

I am tempted but think I prefer sweeping the crumbs up rather than getting the hoover out

Not with my messy children that is for sure. Mop clean is imperative.

I also look at fabric dining chairs in wonder/bemusement - perhaps when they're older.

Try these on the bottom of each chair leg - stops the awful scraping noise.

oh I've just taken off my felt pads as they were so hairy and disgusting..suppose I should put some new ones on
