Oh dear I wasn't fishing for compliments just that as a size 8 B cup I just don't think of self as curvy. Any way Thanks all....

I love cupcakes too especially how homely she is but a horrible bitter jealous part of me is waiting for her have children and it all fall apart..... The worst part is she'll probably have oodles of babies and STILL be perfect. I expect WIT to do this too.

Nigellas, just posted this on eyelash thread instead of here.....
.... yeah might pm SunWukong and ask her if she's seen it in Boots!

Hope SunWukong doesn't see it ....

NigellasGuest · 29/08/2012 22:51

Gawd. No apologies. Any advice which will sort out my woeful eyelashes is welcome...

Hope I didn't cause offence. Happy to stand corrected re body image on blog. And Mrs CB - if you are one if the worn out ladies - all credit. It's a neat blog. And if you are Gina - you are my fave!

No I'm not Gina - am about a foot shorter than her Smile

Right off to read eyelash thread before contemplating new uniform shopping - happy times.

Agreed I like the camaraderie of the worn out blog as well as the fashion. Can't get enough style blogs, especially English ones as the US ones are almost too professional iyswim.

NigellasGuest · 30/08/2012 11:10

I'm going to try to get into the style blogs as opposed to just makeup/skincare ones. Perhaps Worn Out is a good place for me to start?

somehow I find them a bit confusing. Whereas I know what my skin is like, I don't know what my body is like. (I know what is USED to be like, mind you)! So when it comes to clothes, I don't know what I'm supposed to be going for. And I go through cycles of being into this sort of style, then that sort of style, etc.etc. And having 3 beautiful teenage girls doesn't help - I kind of think, leave the style stuff to them!

Off to Boots to collect my Hydraluron this morning. Of course as we all know now it comes with that free eyelash stuff so will be trying that with interest!

cahu · 30/08/2012 11:23

I really enjoy the Worn Out blog.... recognise some of the S&B regulars past and present but not all.
