Have the dreaded half a stone to lose, I am eating well and cycling 60 miles a week but it's not shifting. First time in my life I am having trouble losing 7-8 lbs. mortified. Am 40 at end of October so I guess a sensible weight loss between then and now should hopefully work. In the meantime can anyone recommend a really good piece of tummy control underwear. I have one from next but it's not great. I have had 2 x cs and I think my tummy will just never be the same but I would like some shape wear just for confidence whenever I go out etc thanks :)
