Returning stuff to John Lewis online

Morning! I couple of weeks ago I bought some stuff from John Lewis online. I bought 5 knit tops from Phase 8 and a pair of ankle boots. None of the tops suited me at all. Despite ordering xs and being a size 8, they were all gigantic on me. So I returned all of them. The delivery note went in with the return parcel.

Now I have decided that I also want to return the boots as they don't suit me. Can I do that when I no longer have the delivery note?

I should think so if they're still in the packaging. Print your order off again and include a note explaining.

Yes, just nclude your order number which should be in your order confirmation email and write a note explaining. Have done this many times.
