Hair dilemma

I recently had my hair cut. I have been growing it for a year or so and it was about shoulder length in layers. Regular Hair dresser off sick so different stylist cut it. It does need a good trim I say, got a bit too long. We agree on chopping an inch. I end up with above chin length longish layers and I hate it. I just don't know whether to complain to the salon, my v. lovely regular, not go back. I am upset WWYD?

ah I would just buy some hair extensions! This happened to me and when i got sick of being upset, i bought some and feel tons better. i now have 2 hair styles in a second :)

I would complain though!

Hairdressers inches are about five times everyone elses. NEver ask a hairdresser to cut more than a quarter of an inch off your hair is my motto.

complain to salon.

You might get some money off to retain your custom? I can't think what else they would be able to do?

People who sleep with Barbers must be very disappointed Wink

Thank you.i agree a quarter inch it will be in future. I'm not bothered about money back. I just wish they would actually listen to what the customer wants, before going off on their own ( I suspect automatic pilot)
