Rimmel 1000 Kisses lip tint = RUBBISH!!!

Even though i'm on holiday felt that i need to post this to get it off my chest so to speak.

Wanting a matte lip tint that would last for a fair few hours, i brought these Rimmel 1000 kisses lip tints, but they don;t last as long as lip gloss even. I brought a light one like the colour of lips but darker itms? and a rish dark red, and both last no longer than 10-15 minutes. My lips are moisturised (slave to carmex cherry balm) so its not like they would absorb any moisture.

Ive had these felt tip type of lip tints before from maybeline (i think) and they lasted a lot longer but were very drying, so thought with the additonal lip balm on the other end they would be good.

Hopefully save someone else from wasting cash.

I find that if I put balm on right before any lip product then it effects the longevity of the product. I always find that using a balm, then buffing my lips with soft tooth brush then applying the product to dry lips with make it stay longer :) hope this helps

I haven't been putting the carmex on before the lip tint, had tried using both the balm on the end of the pen and the carmex to see if made any difference but it doesn't.

Going to find a branch of Sephora and shop lipstick/tint/balm til i find one that i like.

mabeline superstay 24 hour is wonderful stuff, it's solid colour rather than shear though.

Agree first make up that has gone in the bin so quick. The balm is horrid and hard.
