Recently been getting a lot of hair loss, and it's bothering me (not post partum). Has anyone had this before and what did you do?

You on any medication? Stressed?

It's worth speaking to your GP as there are lots of possible medical reasons. Thyroid problems, anaemia, PCOS, hormone imbalances can all cause hair loss and are all treatable.

As others have suggested I would visit your gp to make sure that there is no underlying health issues.

I have thin hair and lose quite a lot - well it looks that way in my brush and plug hole - but I always have done. I recently tried the Triple Resist shampoo, conditioner and spray from Loreal.

The shampoo leaves my hair dull after a few uses so I switch between using that and the nutrigloss crystal (also by loreal)

However I do find the spray usefull when I remember to use it. You spray in onto the roots of wet or dry hair and massage for a little bit. Its no miracle cure or anything but my hair loss does seem significantly reduced when I use the product. I bought mine in tescos for £2

Mine is caused by Underactive thyroid and low iron :/ you need to find out what causes yours to be able to address the cause. Shampoos or conditioners make no difference in my experience, neither do generic supplements.
