Has anyone had any problems when ordering online from uniqlo?
I placed my first order with them on 6th of august and it is yet to arrive :/
They don't have a phone line for customer service so you have to email them with queries, 2 emails and 2 days later they told me that their delivery service (hermes) had a bit of a backlog and were running late. they were then supposed to deliver by the end of last week but haven't.
This is the longest i've had to wait for an online order and i'm quite frankly put off from shopping with them again. Anyone else experienced problems or have I just been unlucky?
