Asos Returns Policy

On the website, it says 28 days. On the email, it says 14 days. Gah.

I have had this stuff for about 16 days waiting to be returned, didn't have a chance before today. If I sent it back, they are going to refund me, aren't they? I don't want to send it and then not get a refund, so I wouldn't have the stuff OR the money.

Anyone got any idea?

I wouldn't worry, I've sent stuff back to ASOS well over 28 days later (combo of holidays/laziness) and they have refunded very prompty. ASOS CS when it comes to delivery/returns is exemplary imo.

To be honest, I think even when you return stuff a little late, it's much less hassle for the company to refund than to have to try and contact you and send the stuff back etc.

I'm sure all will be fine if you send it back.

Thanks. I hope so too.

Once I tried to return a bra to them, not realising their refunds policy didn't include bras and they didn't even tell me they weren't refunding it, they just didn't. AND kept the bra.

I really need the money back, so good to hear that you got good service from them.

That's really poor, I'm surprised. And weird - I thought only knickers/tights etc would be excluded from returns. I mean, how is trying on a bra any different to trying on, say, a tee with no bra on?? Weird.

yellowraincoat · 17/08/2012 13:30

Not sure, maybe they've changed their policy, but it's really annoying because how the hell are you supposed to know if a bra will fit? Sizing is all over the place.

I've sent stuff back to ASOS that I'd had loitering in my returns pile for 3 months and they refunded, no questions asked.

MrsCampbellBlack · 17/08/2012 16:24

yes agree that asos very good about refunds.

faustina · 17/08/2012 17:19

asos are good. Brand Alley does that with bras too - it's such a stupid policy!

yellowraincoat · 17/08/2012 17:55

I've had another look on their website and it says you do get a refund on bras. Hm. Maybe they changed policy.

I sent the stuff back, I do love asos, I frequently buy a ton of stuff there just to send it all back cos I'm skint. It's fun.
