You are unlikely to find the exact same thing, obviously that has been designed for M&S. You can see the cut of it better in the silver version, although I don't think much of the pockets!
If you are experienced at knitting, ideal thing would be to find a chunky waistcoat of about the right shape, then add the blackberry stitch and cable edging etc. (I am always fussing around with patterns like this!)
This is basically similar in construction and could be changed in the details.
Who's doing the knitting for whom? If it's for someone who's asked for a copy of the M&S one in a different colour or something, might they be able to choose a similar design with a pattern ready to knit?
