Appeal for Help - Interview need a suit

Hi, I'm really hoping someone out here can help me!

I have an interview in a couple of weeks time and need to find something smart to wear. I always feel so clumsy and uncomfortable in suit jackets but my manager has hinted that one of the directors on the panel has previously commented on people turning up to interviews smart/casual and how unprofessional it is.

So, I need something smart that will suit me. Im 5'4 and a size 14/16 (although shoehorning myself into 12s at the moment! lol).

Any advice/help would be really appreciated.

As a starting point, I have a previous version of this dress which has a matching jacket

Assuming it's the same cut as mine it's very flattering on, loose over the tummy and hips so no worries about bulges or awkwardness when you sit down! Depending on boobs I might not close the jacket - I am busty and if a jacket closes on me I look like everything us as wide as my boobs so I prefer to wear them slightly smaller but open.
