As title says really. Have a big family party om Friday night, have lovele new heels to wear, have been wearing around the house to break in and have red sore heels as a result. I have tried plaster (bog standard fabric ones) and theynjust roll up and do nothing to help Sad

Compeed!

Bodyglide

Is wonderful (and also useful for any other chafe-y places)

Get someone who is a size bigger to wear them for you. My husband breaks in all my shoes for me, including the heeled ones!

An army trick is to soften up the parts that rub by putting Vaseline on the insides.

Look at the Scholl Party Feet range - they do sticky things you put on the shoe to stop it rubbing. Boots sell them.

Pantliner on your heel. Really Grin.
