Hi all, would be very grateful for advice on what to do about my nails...
I've bitten them all my life, but had extensions at the beginning of April, which I loved. Since then I've been going monthly to have the gel renewed. I get a bit fed up with having a lot of un-gelled regrowth area at the base of the nails by the end of the month, but I'm hoping that it's not too obvious unless you look as closely as I do.
Anyway, I've got a horrible feeling that, if I had the remains of the extensions (can't be much left now) and the gel removed, my nails will look horrible and be really weak, but should I have this done to give them a chance to toughen up? Or can I carry on using gel for ever?
This probably sounds like a stupid question, but would be pleased to have soe advice.
