Where to get skinny/straight leg jeans for an odd shape?

I am a size 14-16. 14's are often too small around my thighs/calves and 16's are usually way too big around my waist.

I usually quite like New Look Jeans, as they usually fit me well, but not in skinny and straight are ok, but a bit tight on my thighs/calves still.

I'd rather not spend silly money, but for a good fit I'd probably pay quite a bit.

Any ideas? Preferably somewhere I can try on as opposed to mail order.

Thankyou.

Have you had a look at Gap curvy jeans? They might be worth a try. There are normally discount codes about for Gap, often up to 30%.

I haven't tried them, but just had a look online and they look more bootcut than skinny or straight?

I am same shape as you (14 legs, 12 waist). I find next skinny jeans fit fine normally (the ones with a bit of stretch in them)

Sorry midori, they aren't skinny. I should have read your title more carefully. How about Gap Real Straight? I have those and they are lovely.

Thankyou. I'll try the Gap straight ones then and although I have never had much luck in Next, I'll have a look there too, as both are quite easy to get to for me.

I bought some Gok jeggings at sainsbury's the other day. They look more like jeans rather than leggings but are like skinny jeans round the ankle.

I am the most awkward queer shape you'll find and I'm hard to please but I love them. Only problem I find is they are too long to wear without heels or folded under as I'm only 5ft.

Try Levis Curve ID jeans - bold curve - the only pair of jeans I've found that fit on the hips and don't bag on the waist. Gap curvy are the next best option.
