Where do you buy your knickers?

If you don't mind me asking!

I've always bought my undies from M & S but the quality has gone really downhill so im giving up on them.

I'm a size 16 with a bit of a belly. I go for high leg style. Like to tuck my stomach in them!

Where else can I try? TIA

I wear primark ones. They are all stretchy and high waisted. Comfy knickers.

HandMini · 11/08/2012 13:03

Gap cotton ones are good

shrinkingnora · 11/08/2012 13:10

bhs - got some lovely ones. plain, black room to tuck gut in, much like the old m&s ones. Go down low enough at back. Enough arse space...

mopbucket · 11/08/2012 13:52

Next are nice

M&S Brazilian knickers here.

CJ2010 · 11/08/2012 14:27

Well the last few times I've been in M&S, I've bought a pack of 5, high leg. They have been crap, hardly any elastic and went shapeless after a couple of washes.

Bon marche are cheapish and good quality

twonker · 11/08/2012 14:31

Plus you don't have to queue in Bon marche, not like primark! And there's little temptation to buy anything else!

PheasantPlucker · 11/08/2012 14:33

I gave knickers up for Lent. I haven't looked back.

;)

Pleasant Grin

I need something to hold my flapping gut in, not talking control pants, I don't get on with them, but something to just contain me IYSWIM!

I buy them from Primark, M & S and La Senza.

Zwitterion · 11/08/2012 22:04

John Lewis now, have gone off m and s.

They do 5 packs of black and beige.

MissBeehivingUnderTheMistletoe · 11/08/2012 22:15

I agree, M & S quality is shocking - the last few pairs of Brazilians I bought (a) faded (b) went shapeless (c) got holes. I now buy mine from Asda - quality is much better Smile

Millie1 · 11/08/2012 22:41

Switched from M&S to John Lewis - JL great!

noisytoys · 11/08/2012 22:46

Primark but I've vowed to only buy fair trade food and clothes where available so no idea where to buy them from next time

Splishysploshy · 11/08/2012 22:47

I get mine from Next. Also got some pretty prolly ones from tkmaxx recently and they are so comfy.

Meggles76 · 12/08/2012 07:51

Yes, I was always an M&S girl for my day to day knickers. They stopped doing one style I used to buy and their lace pairs are awful quality. Now I'm no fan of supermarket clothes but I swear by Asda knickers!
For more special underwear sets, I head to John Lewis

NickNacks · 12/08/2012 08:01

Matalan - mix and match about a £1 each, very nice!

PopcornGrace · 12/08/2012 08:06

Tesco have some very pretty ones

Eliza22 · 12/08/2012 17:44

M&S. The only clothing I up from there. The best iMO

SweetieDoesIt · 12/08/2012 19:38

I always bought M&S too but recently have been tempted by ASDA - they to high lace top full knickers but around the legs are unfinished so VPL. 3 pairs £6, so far no issues with them and super comfy.

minipie · 12/08/2012 22:58

Gap gap gap. The only pants that don't either ride up or cut in on my ample behind.
