Comfortable shoes for sightseeing

Can anyone suggest comfortable shoes that can be worn all day for sightseeing. As we will be in the uk they should be suitable for all weathers!

Not sure if I want ballet flats or merrily type of trainers ...

Please help :)

Take shoes that you already have, new shoes are never a good idea if you walk aroun lots.

I find pikolinos or gabor shoes and boots great for all day wandering, without it being too utility iyswim

Fitflop trainers are sooooo comfy!

Puma FAAS trainers are very light and comfortable.

Thanks for the ideas, the sketchers and pumas are winning, I love the range of colours.

Fitflop trainers. Am in Cornwall and find up and down walks by the sea much easier in FFs than in other shoes.

ive just bought the most comfortable sandals ever but they are sandals........

earth spirit are feet heaven. i found a rather stylish pair in stead and simpson.....not sure they are any weather shoes but they are the most comfortable shoes i have ever ever ever found in my 40 years!

these are incredibly comfortable and hard-wearing.

I'm not keen on fit flops, they are too chunky. Earth spirit may be worth a try.

seriously - my earth spirit sandals are comfier than my slippers. i love them. And they are not ugly either. i got beaded ones which are really quite pretty, i wear them with everything. i didnt want granny shoes - im 40, not 80!
