On a whim I booked an appointment at the salon today for eyebrow threading and to have lashes and brows tinted. First time ever, despite being 44.
I should add that I'm not exactly ungroomed generally, but am naturally fair haired with light brows and lashes.
The difference is unbelievable, I can't stop looking in the mirror. I look so 'polished' somehow. Teenage DS stared at me when I got home and said "you look different". "Good different?"' I asked. "much younger" he said. The interesting bit was that he just couldn't tell me what was different. He was intrigued and kept staring at me, was very amusing.
Best 28 pounds I've spent in years. It's miraculous!
