If you decided to have cosmetic surgery, which one feature of yourself would you change? I would have a nose job - mine is huge and truly awful

I think I'll need a breast lift in about 5-10 years and I will get one.

After baby number 3? Definitely a tummy tuck (mostly to get rid of stretch marks and impossible to tone lower tummy!)
I'm too scared though!

Botox. I am doing it, if not this year, definitely next. Will have to be in secret though as DH goes mad whenever I suggest it...

Tummy tuck here as well, skin all wrinkly and flobby. Can't afford one though, think I would be very tempted if money no object.
Have an overbite and would also have that sorted, it needs surgery not braces.

Saddlebags. Definitely my saddlebags. They are awful. Rest of me, I can live with, ageing boobs the lot, fine by me. Saddlebags, I loathe them.

Having said that, I would never have cosmetic surgery!

I'd like my hooded eyes lifted. It's all brow and no lid. If I wear eyeliner on my upper lid, it ends up above my socket line. I was just made redundant - if I were still woking it would be coming closer....

Full body tuck please

Krumbum · 02/08/2012 21:44

Ffs stop going on about mutilation in style and beauty. Can't we just have fun without self harm?

Charliefox · 02/08/2012 22:35

Breast reduction.

I keep thinking about Botox, and then I see lots of women around me who have had their elevens Botoxed and their teeth whitened/straightened and their hair highlighted and have perfect manicures and pedicures, but the rest of them remains au naturel, and I don't think it's a good look - all that artificial Barbiesque perfection on someone who is less so.
