Not touche eclat

Any recommendations for an undereye luminating concealer that isn't touche eclat? It makes my skin go all flaky :(

I am using one by Estée Lauder and its fantastic! I would recommend it. Touché éclat did not quite do what I thought it would for me.

Damn I nearly bought the EL one the other day to get the gift but didn't because I wasn't sure.

The bourjois one is good.

I started reacting to TE after using it for years (not the same pen I hasten to add!) and didn't find anything else as good until coming across the By Terry Touche Veloutee at Space NK. Costs a bomb but lasts forever and brilliant stuff.
