Wasn't really sure where to put this tbh, I hardly ever venture into style and beauty as I'm not really stylish or beautiful enough ;) plus I'm poor and have no willpower, but it's clothing related so hey ho.

I bought a gooooorgeous swimsuit from here over 18 months ago but within the first couple of months the underwiring started kind of poking out of the sides and was a bit uncomfortable so I emailed them and (thought I) had no reply, but the costume was still wearable and so flattering so I kept it anyway. I've lost more weight recently after DD2 was born in march so need the next size down and emailed them again the other day just to tell them what happened to my old costume and see if they'd had any problems with other suits so I could order a new one and they've offered to exchange it now! Bearing in mind it's had a lot of use now over 18 months I'm so impressed :) They did email me back initially apparently but it got last in the black hole of my hotmail junk folder.

So now I get a lovely new swimsuit, plus probably another new one in a few months when the green is back in stock and I can justify buying another! Wanted to share as I hate bad customer service and I've just been so chuffed with this company :)

No you're not the owner, I can say that with certainty because I am Grin

Glad to have helped you out and thanks for the mention Smile

ooh, thanks for that link, doobie - love the red spotty suit.

BuntyCollocks · 03/08/2012 08:09

Thanks for the recommendation, and vix your stock is stunning!

I don't know if it'd work for me, though, as i'm pregnant (although bump seems compact again), and I'm a g cup ... :( shame as they're exactly what I'm looking for. I'm sick of swimsuits being too short!

vix206 · 03/08/2012 10:33

I got away with mine until I was 5 months pregnant, after that the bump just got too huge!!

vix - would they suit above an f cup, or are they fully underwired? I'm wondering if I can get away with it. Five months next week, but bump is currently rather compact!

Hi, yes there is definitely a market out there for that - sadly we don't have the budget to develop a totally new product though :), the construction is totally different for swimsuits that specifically cater for larger busts. I love Freya, I think they do some fab stuff.

To be honest I wouldn't recommend buying one at 5 months pregnant, just because I don't think you are going to get enough wear out of it, which would be a shame. But once you've had the baby the tummy control is a godsend. None of our swimwear is underwired, the construction of the bust is supportive enough.

I have to be very careful because in the past other mumsnetters have reported me when I have tried to answer questions on here but please feel free to PM me if you need anything else :) :)

BuntyCollocks · 03/08/2012 14:54

Thanks vix - how horrid for reporting you! You're not advertising, and being able to ask you like this is excellent - plus you've obviously honest and not pushing for sales given your last post. I hope your business continues to grow :)

(I may order just in case - I didn't get much bigger than this with DC1 - hoping it holds true this time, and I only need atm for very, very occasional use!)
