Next High Waist Slim Fit

I am in desperate need of some new jeans, actually a whole new blimmen wardrobe as am currently wallowing in the dire straights of frumpyness but there might be a trip to NYC on the cards in the next three months so I'm not going to go overboard. In the post today was a £10 off £25 spend with NEXT and I recall someone recommending their High Waist Slim Fit jeans, I am, however, neither slim nor fit :-/ so as a size 16 (smaller 16 rather than larger but 16 non the less) should I bother with these jeans? I cant use the code in store and with two preschoolers its rather difficult to go shopping. I really dont think the skinny fit is for me but I'm seriously in need of a lift in the style department, I thought a new pair of jeans and a couple of nice tops might see me through til we find out if NYC is possible, christ knows what I'll do if we do end up going I am clueless... maybe a personal shopper at a dept store??!! First things first... NEXT high waist slim fit jeans worth trying on a size 16?????

I love them. Am a 14, speeding out of control to a 16, and I wear them daily. High waisters are the way to go. I bought some coral ones in the sale and wear them with a dress. I have several pairs and can wear more fitted tops over them so I feel slimmer and can avoid tunics as I have no muffin top. Get some

I wanted some of these but they didn't have my size online, or in our local store. Got annoyed as they also didn't have my size in any of the petite slim leg styles in any colour either in store or on line. Hopefully they have restocked!

Yes I'm a 16 and wear them - I think they look fine and can be VERY critical of myself in trousers. In fact I'd go a far to say they are the best jeans available at a reasonable price.
