I like the colour but it fades and shows up my greys very quickly can anyone recommend one with more staying power that is not too red?

Do mean a henna, right? Which is what that Lush range is, just high quality henna with a few extra natural things added. I have heard good things about a website called HennaBoy via a site called Henna for Hair or something, there are forums on the latter.

Alternatively you might want to try experimenting with leaving the Lush henna on for longer or doing two applications a few days apart to give better cover that lasts longer. The lush forum/product reviews including the ones on Lush's U.S site, are good for getting tips from people who have tried different methods to achieve certain results :)

Whatever you do, don't buy cheap henna from health food stores as this is mixed with metallic additives which may turn your hair green if you ever use a regular chemical dye over it!
