I need a BIG bag!

I have a medical condition that means I have to drink a lot of water so I always have a 1 litre drink container with me. The problem is it leaves me no room at all in my bag. So I'm looking for a new work bag that will fit my drink container, kindle, small netbook, some papers, purse and phone.

Any suggestions? It doesn't need to be super smart for work. (It's a smart-casual kind of place). Preferably under £100, or £150 at the most.

Thanks, Banders. Has it been reasonably heard wearing?

If you do a lot of walking around I would go for two bags with that lot. I have a tiny (20cm square) main handbag for purse, keys, phone, money, lip balm etc and I have its long strap across my body, so I don't really notice it most of the day. For laptop, water, book, files, anything else I carry a shopper on the opposite shoulder, which is emptied out most nights because it's not my main handbag IYSWIM. This way I am spreading the weight a little and I find I don't fill the shopper up with random crap - I consider every morning what I actually need for the day. When I had a huge handbag for everything it was permanently full of stuff that never got spring-cleaned and I DID get a dodgy shoulder out of it.
